The Art Solarium Party Rental is a truly unique place to have your event!
This is the home base for Dawning’s Art events. It’s a beautiful space with high ceilings, large windows and skylights throughout, and plenty of space for a gathering of 20 people.
We have had the honor of guests from all over use our party rental space!
The space is perfect for:
- birthdays
- team building
- holiday parties
- weddings, wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties
- baby showers
- reunions
- fundraisers
- and many other celebrations
Party Rental Amenities
- Sturdy folding tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably
- Sectional couch perfect for hanging out
- TV/stereo equipped with streaming services like Pandora for music, Netflix and Hulu for entertainment, or Karaoke that can be used with YouTube (subscription not included)
- Pool table
- Wet bar and refrigerator
- Concrete floors
Bathroom: The bathroom is up three stairs and down a hallway.
Seating
Let us know how many people you’d like to accommodate and we happily set the space up for you with enough tables and chairs for all of your guests.
Decorating
We encourage you to decorate and make the space your own during your party rental, but please don’t use pushpins in the wall. And, Please do not stand on the folding chairs for your own safety.
We have a step stool and ladders that can be used while decorating. We’re also happy to help you while you’re decorating the space.
If you’d like to stop by before your party and have a look around you are more than welcome.
Additional Space
Feel free to use the large yard and deck off the Art Solarium during your party rental. The deck is low, but has no railing, so please be careful especially with small children. Please do not enter the Greenhouses or outbuildings.
Parking
The parking area can hold up to 10 standard size passenger vehicles. Additional parking can be available at the lot across the street, but we must contact the owner prior to your event for permission. Please do not park on the street out of respect for the neighborhood.
Children
Please keep all children supervised at all times. Our collection of music instruments can only be used with employee supervision. Art supplies are only for art events, not rentals.
Deposit
We do not charge a deposit, but we do expect guests to respect our space. If damage does occur we charge a reasonable fee to fix or replace the damage.
Onsite Employee
We always have an employee onsite during rentals to assist with any needs that may come up.
Additional Information
The Art Solarium is part of Dawning and her small family’s house. Please be respectful of their space and only use the Art Solarium and the designated bathroom. The rest of the house is not part of the rental space.
