Public Classes (online and in person):
Sorry, we do not give refunds. But, we really want you to have a fun artistic experience so we are happy to issue a code for another class in most cases. Contact us at least 48 hour prior to your class to get a code. We understand that emergencies arise and sometimes 48 hour notice is difficult. Emergency issues will be considered on a case by case basis. Some of our classes require an extensive amount of preparation, so issuing a code for another class may not be possible with less than 48 hours notice.
In the very rare circumstances when we do issue a refund, transaction fees are taken by our payment gateway and are not refundable.
Private Parties/Bachelorette Parties/Team Building
Rescheduling is an option with 72 hours notice. Cancellations are required to have at least two weeks notice. If cancelling with less than two weeks notice deposits are not refundable. Transaction fees are taken by our payment gateway and are not refundable.
Refunds/exchanges are only available for damaged or defectives items. Our paint supplies are carefully checked for defects prior to being delivered. If you receive a defective item contact us within 15 days of receiving your item and were happy to send you replacement. If we are out of stock we will refund your money.
