Refund Policy

Public classes, workshops, and art lessons

Sorry, we do not give refunds. But, we really want you to have a fun artistic experience so we are happy to issue a code for another class in most cases. We cannot offer a code for classes with large amounts of prep like pre-stenciled canvases.

To be issued a code contact us at least 48 hours prior to your class. We understand that many of our customers may not live in the area. Codes can be transferred or gifted. Codes are valid for one year.

We are sorry if you have an emergency, we will consider your emergency and issue a code as long as the class you couldn’t make it to doesn’t involve a pre-stenciled canvas. Again, no refunds will be issued. Sorry, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Private parties, bachelorette parties, team building

Rescheduling is an option with 72 hours notice. Cancellations are required to have at least two weeks notice to be eligible for a refund. Transaction fees are taken by our payment gateway and are not refundable.


No food orders are eligible for a refund. We use a caterer for our food, and we pay them immediately when food is ordered.

Cancelled Classes

If we have to cancel a class for any reason those who are registered will be asked if they would like to be issued a code for a future class or if they would like a refund. We try our best not to cancel classes, but we are a small business and if we get sick we refuse to spread it around.
