I tried to save the amazing creature, but the experts say it had passed away from hypothermia before it even reached the sand. This experience is what inspired the painting for this class, and inspired making donations to local organizations that work with sea turtles. Every registration is a $10 donation to either the Oregon Coast Aquarium or Sea Turtles Forever.
