Modern science has confirmed that treatment with a plant-based compound known as oliogomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) is a safe and effective way to support cognitive function, memory, and brain activation in adults and children with ADHD. In fact, in a study, treatment with a regimen of OPCs worked as well as Ritalin (see more info).

Grape seed extract typically contains between 80% and 95% OPCs! A standard 200 mg capsule will typically provide over 160 mg of actual OPCs.

OPCs typically take 3 to 4 weeks of daily dosing to produce noticeable improvements in focus and behavior for ADHD. Unlike prescription stimulants, which work immediately but wear off in hours, OPCs work gradually by reducing brain oxidative stress and supporting neurotransmitter activity. 200-400 mg dose each day is recommended.
