During my education at Oregon State University I focused on Studio Art such as ceramics, painting, photography, and drawing. I also focused on writing, literature, communications and psychology.
At 100th Monkey Art Therapy Studio, I worked with many different therapeutic groups. Weekly there would groups of children, adults, adults with disabilities, and delinquent young adults using art as a way to express/focus feelings and thoughts. My job was to be supportive, to help when artistic help was needed, and to encourage expression.
