Rental costs are to offset wear and tear. Deposits are returned after rental is returned in good condition. Deposits are used to offset the cost of damage and replacements.

                                                                                                                                                                                   Amenities:                                                                                                 Common area on forest level includes horseshoes and large fire pit for use when burning is allowed by local fire district.  Common fire pit on river level for use when burning is allowed by local fire district.  River access to all. One propane BBQ available.  Outside water availability. During fire restrictions, only liquid fuels may be used for cooking – no charcoal. On the forest level, cooking to take place in common area – no cooking at tent sites in the Forest level.  Shared bath and complimentary coffee in main lodge. Laundry and shower available for guests staying 3 nights or more. Small "general store" on location for forgotten essentials.  

                                                              


Work/Stay Opportunity  


April - October 2016:  


For four hours of work per day, you can tent for free, and we’ll have breakfast bakes and dinner of a pot of soup ready for you. Don't forget the homemade bread!   


Your stay includes: coffee, shower, toilet, laundry, and so much more.

Here’s some of the projects you can help out with:
- Chainsaw clean-up of fallen trees (bring your saws!)
- Clearing trails
- Pressure-washing and clean-up
- Clear debris around the campground
- Tending the gardens
- Natural furniture building
